Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Kooshi. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order simply return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! See below for further details.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders.
  2. Original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
  4. Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items.
  5. Postage or delivery charges shall not be refunded on any return items.
  6. For hygiene purposes, swim bottoms, panties or any sets with thongs/ panty cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

How to Return & Exchange

  1. Please let us know your intention to return or exchange before mailing your parcel, please Contact Us
  2. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
  3. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. 
  4. Included the following items in your parcel:
    - The items you wish to return/exchange
    - The Kooshi invoice

Refunds and exchanges are processed within the 3 working days upon receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. 

Do let us know the reason for your return. This will not affect the refund or return in anyway. Your feedback simply helps us improve our products.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your Kooshi items.

Please note Kooshi cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!

Important Points

  1. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items, except when the item is faulty.
  2. Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
  3. Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
