Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of products for any reason, we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money in cheque for local orders and credit card mode for overseas orders.
Kindly return the parcel within the stated time period for us to process your request. Do ensure that the tags are still intact and it has not been worn nor washed. Any item with panty/ thongs will not be refunded for hygiene purposes.
Sometimes, to make your shopping more exciting, we invite third party merchants to join us for a bundle deal and we are sorry that we will not be able to handle refunds for non-kooshi items as they are an extended service for you.
